Penguin To Publish Quinoa Revolution By Bestselling Authors Patricia Green and Carolyn Hemming
April 2, 2012 (Toronto) – Penguin Canada has acquired world publishing rights to Quinoa Revolution: Over 150 Healthy, Great Tasting Recipes Under 500 Calories, a new cookbook by bestselling authors Patricia Green and Carolyn Hemming, to be published in October 2012.
In their massively successful Quinoa 365: The Everyday Superfood, Green and Hemming wrote the first definitive quinoa cookbook on the market and made this ancient superfood a popular choice for families across North America. In Quinoa Revolution, they provide over 150 brand new and great-tasting recipes, all under 500 calories per serving.
The book was acquired by Penguin Publishing Director Andrea Magyar, whose thriving cookbook program includes celebrity chefs Michael Smith, Lynn Crawford, and Mark McEwan, and who was recently acknowledged by Quill & Quire for “splendid” cookbook publishing.
